Impressive fully beaded Sioux child's vest. Sinew sewn beadwork on buffalo hide with traditional geometric designs front and back in translucent green and blue, white, red "white hearts", and marcasite on a medium blue ground. A green beaded border with red "white heart" buffalo tracks outline the vest. Exceptional condition for age. Length: 17" x Width: 14". Circa: 1890.
